1. What things does Bexar Bear sell?

At Bexar Bear, our main goal is to deliver premium products constructed from superior materials. Every item is chosen with care to guarantee that it satisfies exacting requirements for durability and craftsmanship.

3. To what location do you ship the products you sell?

Right now, we ship within the US. We make sure the timely and secure delivery of every order.

4. What are your shipping policies?

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5 – 7 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 6 – 9 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Cost: $5 flat rate on all orders.

For a faster delivery (1-3 business days), we also provide fast shipping via DHL with an additional cost.

5. How do I monitor my order status?

You will get an email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships. The tracking details will be updated in 1 to 3 business days. You can see the progress of your items on this Track Your Order page.

6. What happens if I decide to cancel my order?

After placing your order, you have 24 hours to cancel it. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled in order to receive a refund, you must comply to our return and refund policy.

7. Am I able to change my contact information or shipping address?

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you can change your address, email, or phone number if necessary. If the product returned due to incorrect details customer will be liable for return shipping fees.

8. Do you accept exchanges or returns?

  • Returns: Within 30 days of the delivery date, returns are accepted.
  • Exchanges: We do accept exchanges. Please get in touch with us for help if you would like to exchange an item.
  • Return Requirements: The goods must be in unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers will bear the cost of return shipping unless the return is made as a result of a mistake on our part or a faulty product.

9. How can I start the return process?

Please email our customer service department at info@bexarbear.store to return an item.

10. How much time will it take to get your money back?

Within 10 business days of receiving your returned item, your refund will be processed. The amount refunded will be credited back to your original payment method.

11. Which forms of payment are accepted?

Our main payment method at the moment is PayPal. In the future, we plan to add additional payment methods.

12. What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

If your package is damaged or lost, please let us know as soon as possible. If the package is verified to be lost, we will begin a reshipment. If it arrives damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
